Walker Honda’s service department is amazing. They treat you like family, it was a cold rainy day they went the extra mile to bring my car under the shop out of the weather with the heaters on , and open the door for you and make sure to tell you to have a good day and be safe. ❤️ i am thankful to have such an amazing dealership that right at home. Thank you Walker Honda!

I had an appointment schedule for 8am today. Yes, it is Labor Day but I scheduled the appointment for today last week and received an email confirmation and also received a reminder text last night. Got to Honda this morning and Honda was closed, there was also 6 other customers who also has appointments this morning waiting , I took pictures, only to find a closed sign on the door. If you were going to be closed today then I should not have been able to schedule an appointment for today. This is very bad customer service, then I tried to schedule an appointment for tomorrow and have to wait til later this week. Corporate Honda will hear about this.

I had scheduled an appointment for 12:00 pm and received an email stating my appointment was at 7:30 am, I left a message with the service department to get the time changed to what I had originally had it scheduled but no one returned my call. I brought my car in at 7:30 to get the mirrors changed and the windshield washer fixed. At 1:30 I call to find the status of my car and was told the service techs were at lunch and they would let me know. At 2:15 they returned my call and I was told that my car would be ready by 5 and that they hadn’t even started on it. At that time I advised them I was coming to pick my car up. When I got to the dealership I tried talking to the service Manager and explain to him, he advised me “if I could do a better job then I needed to come up there and do it myself”. I did not raise my voice I told him to bring me my car. On top of my car being there for 7 hours and not being touched, the customer service that I received from the service manager was very unprofessional, disrespectful and just plain RUDE! He definitely has no customer service. He said that I had an attitude and was targeting his employees. After 7 hours of them having my car and nothing being done am I the one to blame? I made an appointment and expected it to be fixed. He also advised me that by making an appointment it is only a scheduled appointment and does not guarantee that my vehicle is going to be fixed at that time. That has never been explained to me before. What’s the point in making an appointment? Majority of the time I wait on my vehicle, my family is working. The last time I was there for an oil change I waited 3 hours. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Walker Honda and have never received the unprofessionalism that I received today.
